1. Description of Service

broadKast.me provides each account holder with the specific number of sites on broadKast.me infrastructure. You can use this account to create personal portfolio, blogs or commercial website (referred as ’site’).
You also understand and agree that from time to time this Service may include certain communications from broadKast.me, such as announcements, administrative messages and the Newsletter, and that these communications are considered part of the membership and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them.
You agree not to access the Service by any means other than through the interfaces that are provided by broadKast.me unless previously agreed upon.

2. Ownership of Your Account and Site

If you create a site on broadKast.me, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and site, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the site.
You must immediately notify broadKast.me administrators of any unauthorized uses of your site, your account or any other breaches of security. broadKast.me will not be liable for any acts or omissions by You or your guest, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
Users under 13 years of age are required to have a parent or guardian review and complete the registration process.

3. Contribution, Content And Conduct Rules And Obligations

(l) promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities, promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promote any act of cruelty to animals. This may include, without limitation, providing instructions on how to assemble bombs, grenades and other weapons or incendiary devices;

(m) offer for sale or sell any item, good or Service that (a) violates any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation, (b) you do not have full power and authority under all relevant laws and regulations to offer and sell, including all necessary licenses and authorizations;

(n) use the Service as a forwarding service or a mirror to another website;

broadKast.me does not review, and cannot review, all of the material, including computer software, posted to the sites, and cannot therefore be responsible for that material’s content, use or effects. In the case of such termination, broadKast.me will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid to broadKast.me.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless broadKast.me, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to out of your violation this Agreement.
